West Denver Luxury Vacations

The room was great! Helpful staff very cute place to stay. My only complaint is the roof top hot tub is closed and when speaking to the staff I was told there is no intention to reopen it. I found the pictures of the hot tub a bit misleading since this is the case.

Loved the balcony/patio. Staff was friendly. Would have been five stars, however, they slapped a surprise $100 on my credit card. They explained this was some kind of fee that is paid outside of Expedia. I had no problem with that, it would’ve just been nice to know and not find out by surprise when reviewing my credit card statement. I was told I should have been informed at check-in, however, I was not. I put my credit card down for incidentals, and there was no mention of any additional fees that would be charged to it. When I called to inquire about this, they said they would give me a partial refund. This was enough to stop me from wasting any more time fighting the issue, but it’s not enough to make me want to go back. The property is nice, I’m just not a big fan of surprise charges.

A delightful old school hotel. Perfect location, gorgeous room, friendly and helpful staff.

First class in every aspect

Very nice hotel, nice vibe - the repurposed school was a very cool aesthetic. Restaurant was amazing, highly recommended. Right next to the convention center.

Bed was not too comfy but hotel is impeccable and staff are very responsive

Elevator was broken our entire stay and the upgraded Executive Suite definitely needs some significant upgrades. We couldn’t use the outlets next to our bed due to them being too loose and unable to hold our chargers. Definitely not the stay we expected, unfortunately.

Room was clean, and breakfast was great! Great charm. Staff were excellent. Gym was lacking. Would return!

What a great choice of our 4 days and 3 nights in Denver! Easy to walk to the Arts/Capitol District, interesting retail and over to 16th to get on the Downtown circulator bus to North of Union Station! Lovely suite with cool views, easy neighborhood street parking too!
