Excellent experience. Great staff throughout, nice treats in the room. Very comfortable bed, quiet room. Japanese toilet and unique tub. Excellent breakfast. Will visit Nobu again.

Incredible experience from the second we arrived to the second we left. From the valet parking to the conseirge to the bar staff wow! We will be back! We even checked out the haunted 8th floor! We didn't see the old man with the burgundy jacket. Maybe next time! Thank you for the amazing stay!!!

Overall, my stay at JD Hyatt was decent but didn’t fully meet expectations for the price. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful. The location is convenient, which makes it suitable for short stays or business trips.
However, the service felt a bit inconsistent, especially during peak hours, and the check-in/check-out process was slower than expected. Some amenities also felt average rather than premium.
It’s an okay option if you’re looking for a comfortable stay, but there’s room for improvement to truly match the Hyatt experience.
