Personnel très serviable et amical. Déjeuner brunch impressionnant! Très bien situé dans la ville.

I was concerned when I arrived because I was in the heart of downtown during the World Cup, and this clearly was a bustling location. The clientele all appeared well-heeled and ready for a good time. I personally prefer a low key quiet stay, and I expressed that desire to the staff. They reserved me a beautiful room on a higher floor. I told them that I am partial to quite few pillows and found a veritable pillow fort waiting for me! I had asked for a steamer to prepare a dress for an event I was attending and one was brought to me almost immediately. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel itself if beautiful. Truly the only constructive feedback I could give was that there was no jam with my croissant, and no English Breakfast tea in my room. Both entirely non-issues. I will absolutely be staying here again.

Check In was quick and friendly. Hotel is in an amazing location. Right beside the subway and Yonge Street. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet even though it looked out onto King St West. Real toilet paper would have been nice and not a dispenser that gives pieces of thin tissue. The bathroom is in need of a renovation. It just looked old and rundown.

OMG!!! This is by far my favorite hotel. From the lobby to the hallways to the room itself, this is a 5 star hotel. I had requested a room that was in a quiet area, and did they deliver. Very end of the hallway in a separate area where only 2 suites were separated from the rest of the hallway. Quiet room and very quiet hallways. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious and spacious. Separate glass and marble shower stall and separate water closet. Double vanity which was convenient. Nice sized room and very clean. Staff was very welcoming at check in. We stayed 2 nights and I needed more towels after the first night and they promptly brought them to the room. Can't recall the gentleman's name but he was so nice and friendly too. Very close to the subway and walking distance to everything. I would stay here again, no question about it.

Amazing service from the moment we parked. The Valet service was great and Norbert at the Desk provided exceptional service. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff made us feel special with some simple gestures (like a late checkout). This gave us the opportunity to experience an amazing brunch the next day at Kost - the rooftop restaurant. The only suggestion that I have is to plan your exit/entry from the hotel during non-busy times for the restaurants - the demand for the brunch was high and the line-ups for the elevators can get lengthy. I will definitely return.

Beautiful property. Excellent room layout. One of the top places to stay in downtown Toronto. High quality finishes and top notch customer service.
