The room was overall clean, and the staff were friendly. My only complaint is that there’s no air conditioning, but the windows open and allow in a nice fresh breeze. Additionally, the rooms come equipped with a refrigerator, which is a plus. Lastly, parking costs $68 per night, so be mindful of that additional expense. However, this is fairly typical for San Francisco, where parking is limited throughout the city.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Really enjoyed bath amenities - plenty of bath salts and even bubble bat. Service overall excellent. Note - there is only a ceiling fan to cool the room in the historic houses which was fine for October Autumn weather. Parking very convenient and steps from house.

We loved this hotel for its fun activities and location. Will definitely stay here again!

Really liked the decor. Desk set up was great, loved the desk chair. Bed very comfy. Room had a fridge. Liked the bath layout. Appreciate being able to walk up and down the stairs.

We convened for breakfast and after 20 minutes, they brought a high chair. We ordered bread toast, which was served along with the bill at the conclusion of our meal. As we were loading our car with luggage, no assistance was offered, despite the clear observation that we were accompanied by young children and our hands were occupied. The room and hotel were both quite pleasant.

This place is a one of a kind, it's a goddam shame it's closing.

The lobby is great. The room is fine but nothing special but the area isn't great especially the 2-3 blocks to the left when you walk about of the loddy. There was a lot of feces on the street and b only half of it was dog. I went all around SF and while there are homeless and trash issueals, none were as bad as the the area near the hotel.

Clean, comfortable and in a great location. Would stay here again anytime.
