East Midlands Kid friendly Vacations

Our room was nice, staff was friendly. Hotel was close to a lot of stuff. Breakfast was good as well it was included in our stay.

Didn’t use the gym or go to the bar. The room was nice, modern and clean. There was a flickering light in the bathroom which didn’t really bother us and the mugs in the room were dirty but we didn’t use them anyway. The bed was comfy and the room is a good size. No wardrobe or anywhere to hang clothes which didn’t matter too much to us as we only stayed one night. The breakfast was good, a lot of choice. The hotel overall is very nice, clean, modern and central. We were a 15 minute walk/tube to Westminster, Piccadilly and Oxford. I would stay again.

We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and I had mentioned this when booking. There was champagne fruit and cake in the room for us. I was absolutely blown away with the gesture. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back again. Special thank you to Kristina for organising it

Our stay at the Capital hotel was wonderful. Traveled with a 3yo toddler and my mom, which were their first time in London. Our room was the 1 bedroom. It was spacious and incredibly clean. The kitchen was well stocked and there’s even a washer and dryer. The location was fantastic as it was only a few steps from Harrods’ and the area was well located to get to all the attractions with the buses. Walking distance to the National and Science museums. We stayed for 4 nights and were very comfortable. Best of all were the staff. They were very accommodating especially with a toddler and assisted with every request. My daughter wanted olives at breakfast and they made her so happy with olives each morning. Or magically appeared with crayons and coloring books when she only mentioned it to me mere seconds before if she could color but I didn’t have any with us. The staff were really exceptional. Thank you for making our trip so special.

The Miiro Templeton Garden Hotel is beautifully designed, the public rooms as well as individual rooms. It is comfortable & serene, with a wonderful garden in the rear with places for sitting & reading or eating outdoors. The room decor has a sense of calm: headboards in moss green with simple matte wood edging that echoes the wood furniture. I loved that our room, 102, had a partial wall that created a separate seating area with a view of the garden. The "Continental Breakfast" included in our room rate had diverse offerings (yoghurt, salmon, avocado, granola, eggs, juices, etc.) and should satisfy any palate & I truly appreciated the perfect strong coffee. The breakfast staff were helpful & service prompt. We enjoyed the wide expertise of the bar manager, Max, when selecting some evening drinks during two nights of our stay. Desk & housekeeping staff & management were responsive when some issues arose, and they clearly care care about the comfort of guests. This is absolutely one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in & hope to return.

Attention to detail and high levels of service made this a stay to remember! Took excellent care of me and my family all week-cannot recommend enough! If Expedia had a 10 star system, I’d give them an 11!

The room was very small but clean and well equipped. Fine for a night.

Restaurat,very good dishes and services

The neighborhood is beautiful. We took a LOT of walks and saw lot's of neighborhoods. The buildings in the area looks so luxurious, there are a lot of hotels and Embassies around there. It's also right next to Hyde Park. The only downside is that there's really no shops or restaurants near by. The closest market is about 20 minutes walk. The staff is lovely, we were upgraded to a larger room because ours was not ready. Unfortunately, we stayed in that room, not thinking about how much the upgrade would cost all 8 nights. Ooops! Otherwise, it's a lovely hotel.
