The staff was extremely helpful in every way possible. They were very kind and made sure you had a nice experience! The lady at the front desk was the best! Breakfast was next door and easy to access. The location is optimal if you like the vibrant city life. I would use this hotel again.

The service around the pool and the staff’s attention and constant willingness to help us enjoy our stay did not go unnoticed. The food was also excellent all round. The only negatives were some technology issues with the room and the mosquitoes around our private pool. The staff did every they possibly could to help so I really cannot complain.

Great hotel right in the middle of Athens with bars, restaurants and shops just outside. Hotel is on a side street so not noisy. Lovely roof terrace with view of acropolis, great treatments in spa - I had massage and facial with discount for guests. Private pool. Feels more like 4 star hotel although it’s listed as 2 star! I would definitely stay again. Breakfast is served at the restaurant across the road and it’s a good selection of dishes.

The room was clean and breakfast served was excellent. Staff was very helpful and polite. They suggest few restaurants that had live music and excellent traditional Greek cuisine. Thank you to staff. The hotel is so centrally located that you can literally go walking to Plaka. Acropolis, Temple of Zeus and many other places. Also hop on and hop off bus from Palak a it was so convenient to tour various places in Athens.
