This hotel we booked for river view and was not disappointed at all. Perfect view of Yangtze from our room at level 18, watched the light show from the room, no need to venture out to the riverbank. Room size is decent and renovated property.

The property is huge but looked aged at certain areas. Only 2 restaurants which did not have great menus. Gym was spacious but staffs failed to keep equipment cleaned. It is a resort style hotel with nice lake views and gardens for walking. I stayed over a weekend when the hotel was filled with local family patrons ... hotel did not have sufficient staffs to deal with the crowded chaos.

My first visit to Zhengzhou, but the staff made every effort to make me feel comfortable during my stay. Although I had issues with wifi not working for some reason. I absolutely appreciated the fact that the front desk agent tried very hard to troubleshoot. Thank you Crowne Plaza staff for memorable trip and a comfortable stay.

Situate into the main Boulevard in Zhengzhou ,part of a hotel complex with,Sofitel,Crown Plazza,Holiday in ,and Holiday Inn Express is very handy to all transportation and to all Banks and Shopping centers. Basically when we arrived Holiday Inn just come into renovation and they upgraded our stay from 4 stars to 5 stars hotel and they give us free breakfast ,a bonus from 10 days of rougly 500 Euros. Very clean ,polite staff( better english will be a good point) bu any other languages USLESS . Just Mandarin and English. Food???Traditional Chinese and Italian .Good chef.
