Great Hotel, very neat and quiet and cozy. Complimentary breakfast was great, nice staff. Room was a little small but very nicely organized to allow two adults and two kids to all sleep in one room

Very clean. Convenient shuttle to and from airport. Absolutely fabulous breakfast with huge choice of food.

Clean place. Helpful staff. Esily labeled food ingredients which helped with lactose sensitivity.

It was close to main attractions, restaurants and the train station. Very safe and had everything I needed.

Everything you expect from a One Key Michelin Hotel. Congrats on the achievement. Will send some stuff to improve the stay so you can get to Three Keys.

Overall the hotel had charm, but the rooms were dated, carpet was dirty in places and the service wasn't great. Specifically Tom, the booking manager, was very unhelpful and rude. Thankfully the hotel manager, Henrietta, stepped in and helped me. I would stay again if they did a complete remodel of all rooms and trained their staff in proper customer service and just being polite.

Would be nice if the staff didn’t remove the serving utensils for breakfast when the time is running out. A lot of food get wasted when people will still eat some

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful—it made all the difference. The room was clean and well-maintained, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. The real standout, though, was the complimentary breakfast. It exceeded my expectations with a fantastic selection of fresh, quality options. It's rare to find a free breakfast this good. Excellent value overall, and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

The sink continuously backed up and the toilet seat was unclean. The towels were also thin and scratchy. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
