Awful, rundown and shabby. Only redemption, the sfaff, despite the choas they tried. Martha was a real star, and deserves a better job

Overall an enjoyable stay, Had a very good night’s sleep, bed comfortable and the room was clean, well furnished, tastefully decorated with some pleasantly quirky touches, generally a relaxing environment to spend time in. Breakfast was good. Bedroom being in a basement was a surprise, particularly given that the room was advertised as having a garden view, and there was quite a strong musty / damp smell in the room.

The staff are lovely, the rooms are cozy, the beds are super comfy! Gives a real home from home feeling! Highly recommended

Hotel was nice, just the rooms need updating.

The hotel overall offered a very good price for a reasonably convenient location, the bed itself was nothing to get hyped about, but it just about beats out a sofa bed. There was an Air Conditioning (or just Heater/Cooler) unit in the room, but the control panel just flashed "E3" repeatedly and otherwise done nothing whilst it was turned on - there was however a small fan in the room which was OK as a backup. Parking is plentiful and we had no trouble finding a space, even when arriving back to the hotel late at night. All the staff we spoke to were very pleasant. If I wanted a more comfortable sleep, because of the bed I'd choose elsewhere, but for the price we paid it was a good option for a bed and then breakfast buffet the following morning.
