Great location , ample parking , clean hotel and rooms. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Good choice for breakfast. Would definitely stay again

Excellent location for our stay. The apartment was clean and spacious and having secure parking was a bonus. Communication from the host was also excellent.

The room was a little worn, air con didn’t work, the radiator made a noise through the night, the wooden strip going into the bathroom was lifted so stubbed toe a couple of times. Bathroom was very tight. Bed was comfy. The bar didn’t have the greatest choice, shuts early so not very good if travelling from afar like us, with late check in. Staff were nice, convent location. Would stop there again just not in room 244.

Good location in Meriden secure parking and great breakfast and bar staff were good. Only downside was state of beds way too soft and need updating

My only complaint is the good. £21.95 burger and fries only got about 6 fries also chicken supreme with roast veg and potatoes, hardly any veg or potatoes plus NZo seasonings 😢

The room had everything I needed. Large comfortable bed, good bathroom facilities, and a very useful kitchen area. It was secure and spacious, with good lighting and temperature control. Its close proximity to the coach station suited my needs, and I had a comfortable two night stay.

Great property, very quiet location, lots of golfers on the coarse so guess its good to (not a golfer). Food was amazing (though a little pricey) and the staff were incredible. With a nice bonus of a live act in the bar on Saturday night. The only let down was the pool etc. Locker rooms in need of some TLC, the pool was absolutely freezing and the steam room didnt seem to be working. All in all though a nice hotel, in a quiet area to get away from it all.

Good location with parking breakfast was good and room was clean

Reception area very tired. No one on reception to greet guests, they stay in a back room and come out when they hear you. No mention of breakfast or the restaurant. Not a great first impression. Room very spacious and views were great. Room itself is a bit worn and could definitely do with a makeover.
