Great room and location. Attention to detail. Loved the refresher bar downstairs for coffee and water. Convenient walking distance on flat paths to the main train station approximately 8mins. Rooms are very large and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.

Very comfortable, clean and safe place to stay in Milan. Nicely renovated and characterful with good A/C also. Close to the tram and Metro, and has on street parking. Just outside the Zone C, which is good for drivers also. Very comfortable stay.

The front of house staff and valet team is excellent and customer obsessed. Kudos to them for being terrific. Regretfully, the property is run down, dusty and just not a five-star experience. Bathroom fixtures and faucets were rusted over and not clean. Floors and carpets were visibly dirty/dusty; common-area corridors were unkempt and cluttered. While the location is unmatched and some may find the artistic ambiance charming, the interior needs a major overhaul to be considered a high-end hotel.

Very nice staff. Very helpful there wasn’t a question I had that they didn’t know the answer to. The train station is a 30 min walk there’s actually 2 train stations. One’s a 30 min walk and the other is an a 1 hour walk. You’ll get your cardio on if you stay here

Highly recommended. Friendly, helpful staff and very clean facilities. Very nice breakfast buffet. Can’t beat for the price!

The hotel is old but maintained. The washroom was not very clean. The food is expensive but tasty. I want to specially thank the receptionist who called me for my shuttle since my alarm didn’t go off. I could have missed my flight if it weren’t for you. There is also nothing to do in the surroundings so prepare yourself to spend on uber is you want to get anywhere other than the airport.
