The front of house staff and valet team is excellent and customer obsessed. Kudos to them for being terrific. Regretfully, the property is run down, dusty and just not a five-star experience. Bathroom fixtures and faucets were rusted over and not clean. Floors and carpets were visibly dirty/dusty; common-area corridors were unkempt and cluttered. While the location is unmatched and some may find the artistic ambiance charming, the interior needs a major overhaul to be considered a high-end hotel.

We had a really good stay at the property. staff were helpful and friendly ,good outlet shops about 5 min walk.Room was clean and practical. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice and good coffee. we will be back.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, especially for travelers flying from Milan Malpensa Airport, as it is very close and very convenient.
The hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport. You just need to arrange it in advance, and it makes the transfer very easy and stress-free.
The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff was helpful and welcoming. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient place to stay near Malpensa Airport.
We would definitely choose this hotel again.
