This is one of those places, you get what you paid for. It would be unfair to say this hotel is bad if not paying the same price as Wynn, Bellagio and Caesar’s. I wish it had a better gym. Food price at the main restaurant was reasonable too

The service at the kitchen table was horrible. Server came by to take the order and didn’t come to check on us at all. Spoke to everyone around us and never asked if we needed anything. We had to ask another team member to bring the check. High Steaks was horrible. The initial bread was brought out with a mustard butter that was horrible. The server was good but all the food was bad. Crab cakes were not even close. Tuna tartar was horrible. Our food came out cold so we sent it back and had to leave. Ruined our anniversary dinner 100%

I enjoyed my stay at Westgate. My room (double beds) was clean. The Bell desk was very kind to hold my luggage even after check out (I had a late flight out). Furthermore, the monorail has a stop at Westgate which is very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Do NOT get the added continental breakfast. It’s a small plate of pastries and a hard boiled egg. What a waste of $$

Property was a lot of fun. Not super impressed with our room, seemed basic and rundown, but beds and pillows were super comfy.

Friendly staff, great location, clean and nice facilities. Would have liked warmer water for the shower, however.
