All services were wonderful class A-1

Tge location was so good. In the middle of center strip, a little away from the main street which is quiet. It was good not to being charged for mh rental car parking.

Everything was wonderful

The room did not have hot water in the shower. The first day we had to let the water (wastefully) run for 30 minutes to get any sort of warmth. Called downstairs to have someone look at it. It eventually got hot. The next day same thing! But this time we were on a time constraint. We didn’t get to shower before we had to leave home. I complained, that we the customer paid these exuberant amounts of resort fees just to have no hot water. The man on the other side was very kind and gave me a breakfast credit as well as waived our resort fees. I probably will try staying here again giving it one more chance because it is very close to UNLV where we go to watch swim meets. I was disappointed this time. Was hoping for better.

Efficient front desk staff. Not very friendly. Great room. Excellent cleaning staff. Method used ro move trash and laundry outside is very noisy. Overall a good stay.
