A manager called to follow up on an issue and was resolved. Property definitely needs some renovations; a title was falling off in our bathroom, toilet paper holder kept falling off, pool area some paint was missing, daybeds were fraying. Needs some TLC

The staff was friendly and helpful. I am in the middle of a dispute on my bill. I am being charged for things taken out of the mini fridge and I took nothing out of the mini fridge. There was a small space that I used to store left overs from their restaurants but I didn't use anything from their stock in the mini fridge/bar.
I thought the food was good but way over priced and the fact that they add their own gratuity I did not like. Their was also a large resort fee that was way over priced.
Their slot machines didn't pay well at all. And that is not just coming from me.
Overall the property was well maintained, the staff is friendly, and helpful especially in the Grand Luxe restaurant.
To be clear we were at the Palazzo side of the Venetian.

"The reason I gave 4 stars is because the initial room we were given smelled like a sewer. I called the front desk and spoke to a very pleasant young lady who immediately switched rooms for us. I found the bar drinks quite expensive, as were the dining options, but I guess that's the way Las Vegas ..."
