room was nice, and lunch buffet good. The reception staff were rude on check in though and I left my coat by accident at the hotel and they refused to help cover the costs of sending it back to me. Poor service on that front

I booked half board. There was no water. They forced me to pay for water. Each bottle 24 Dirhams. This is cheating

From the moment we arrived the staff was very welcoming towards me and my two sons. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were kept clean at all times. The pool was clean and maintained a good temperature. The beach area was great my only wish would be to have some seating by the beach. We love the staff, the location and the managers and the concierge. The guys that clean our room were amazing

I had an overall great experience during my stay. The property and room were spotless, very well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my visit. One of the highlights was the stunning glass elevators — such a unique feature — offering incredible views of the iconic Museum of the Future. It really made every ride up and down memorable. The pool service was excellent, with attentive staff who made sure everything was taken care of. There were also plenty of good food choices available, and everything we tried was delicious.
