The hotel overall was comfortable but in need of refurbishment. Modern conveniences such as card readers for room doors would be a welcome upgrade, as traditional keys feel outdated. Entertainment options were limited, with not enough channels or variety of news available. On the positive side, the rooms were clean, spacious, and well laid out, though the view from the back of the hotel was disappointing. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast, which was superb and a real standout feature. With some modernization and improvements to entertainment, this hotel could offer a much stronger experience.

Room was great! The concierge Colorado was espectacular! Always had awesome attitude and the best suggestions for our travel. Will come back again !

Beautiful hotel, incredibly well trained staff and wonderful design details throughout. What a treat to stay at the Hotel Locarno, truly a 5 star property, we absolutely loved it. The bar is amazing, and the breakfast is perfection.

The hotel facilities are new and the staff are very kind

Fantastically located hotel, lovely staff who were really helpful. The only thing not as great as it could have been was the wi fi in the room but that could have just been the room i was in as in the main areas of the hotel it was fine. I would definitely return to the hotel.

Amazing resort with beautiful spas. Staff were great. Room was beautiful and totally spotless. There were a couple miscommunications though. We made reservations at the hotel restaurant for 8pm and got a call from the front desk around 745 telling us we had reservations at 730 and that they were fully booked from 8-9 and to come down asap, but there was only a couple other people in the restaurant when we got there, so not sure what that was about. We also booked the airport shuttle via email before arrival (as their directions state to do), but it seems like no one had any record of that. Luckily another couple was going to the airport at the exact same time, otherwise I think we might have been out of luck. I have all the email copies of these reservations, but something got lost in communication. Overall though it's a fantastic resort, beautiful and relaxing. Wonderful spas and great way to spend the night before a flight!

Good hotel for airport overnight, good rooms. Found odd that hotel only accepted cash payment for city tax. Was the only hotel during my trip that demanded cash.

I was one day I visit one night everything clean I like it breakfast the staff at the breakfast room and lobby. Also very clean room nice area very quiet and fantastic breakfast.
