The hotel had basic amenities, just good for a short stay. The receptionist was prompt with communication about airport shuttle.

We chose this hotel mainly for its excellent location, but unfortunately the overall experience did not match what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. The room was extremely small, and housekeeping was disappointing. During our stay, the room was never actually cleaned—they only made the beds and changed the towels. There was visible dust and dirt near the headboard that remained throughout our stay. The biggest issue happened on checkout day. The night before, we asked about getting a taxi to the train station and were told there was no need to book one in advance. The next morning, we were told it would take 30 minutes for a taxi to arrive. We nearly missed our train and had to pay 100 euro for an Uber to make it on time. The advertised amenities were also disappointing. The meeting room was essentially nonexistent, the jacuzzi/spa was out of service, the patio had nothing to offer, and there was no suitable place to take an online work meeting. The breakfast was also overpriced for the quality and selection offered. Every night, loud noise from nearby bars continued until around 2–3 a.m., making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The staff was friendly, but overall this hotel does not feel like a 4-star property. If location is your only priority, there are better-value hotels nearby.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful central location in the heart of historic Rome. Everyone is gracious, helpful and polite, Our room was lovely, and the property is wonderfully maintained. Elizabeth Unique is situated on a narrow quiet side street near Piazza del Popolo, the Spanish Steps and Via del Corso. The breakfast was wonderful, and we enjoyed dining on the terrace in the morning. Service is given with a smile and good humor. 5 star beauty, 5 star location, 5 star staff. No hesitations.

Not worth the money you pay. I booked in advanced and was lead to believe the spa was included in the stay, it’s not. Basically paid a premium for a basic hotel room near an airport. After hearing the spa amenities, we decided not to pay the extra money for it. It sounds like a basic spa. Shuttle from the airport was also an extra charge, that definitely should be included for the price you pay. Had to go off site for food because their restaurant was “reservation only” and there were no reservations for a Tuesday evening. Room was clean though, property was well maintained, staff was nice. Being from the states, when you pay premium prices, you expect full amenities, and that just isn’t the case here. Make sure you know what you are reserving.

Hotel is very clean and modern rooms. Staff was very nice. I didn’t like the restaurant upstairs.

This hotel is located 150m to a train stop which is 1 stop away from the main train terminal station which allowed us to navigate the city and visit the historical sites easily. The hotel and our pleasantly cooled AC equipped, quiet room was very clean with many included essentials, excellent in room coffee and a comfortable bed. The breakfast selection of hot and cold food was beyond our expectations. Will stay here again when we visit Rome in the future. The only disappointment was that the pool was out of commission during our stay.
