We thoroughly enjoyed our one-week stay at Hyatt Vivid. From the welcoming staff to the warm reception by German at the front desk—who made our stay so much easier—everything was fantastic.
The amenities are spot on, and the property feels very secure.
A special shout-out to Efren for his energetic, sincere smile and positive demeanor; he delivered our late-night room service every single night of our stay when we got hungry!
Overall, we highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again when we return.
This was our second time in Playa del Carmen, and it didn't disappoint.

Loved loved loved everything especially the food and the staff at the buffet!
Horrible staff at Himitsu restaurant! We waited 40 min with a pager then went back after 1&1/2 hours and they seated people ahead of us because they gave the host $20 & security was called when my husband called him out!
Bianca made everything amazing after we spoke to her!!!!!
