Beautiful large property with various pools, swim up bars & amenities. Very clean, providing various activities & music. Spacious luxurious indoor & outdoor showers. Unfortunately, the sargassum ruined the beach experience but that is beyond the resort's control. If this resort were adults only it'd be ideal but, nonetheless; worthy of booking for an unforgettable experience!

Staff was wonderful everyone was friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond. Hotel on the other hand not that good none of the restaurants were open, only buffet. If the they were open there is too many rules and strict dress code. Men had to have long pants if not your not allowed in. The hibachi you had to go in person at 5:30pm to make a reservation or you could not eat there, when it was empty literally all the time. Beware of an animal all around the property it got into our room twice, once in the middle of the night with the door closed so you must definitely lock it, they know how to open the doors. It was very scary and disgusting. Not a good experience wouldn’t stay at this resort again. Management was not helpful.

Ive never been to an adults only all inclusive resort, but this has become a place that my fiance and I are already actively planning to visit again, and bring some friends with us as well! Staff was amazing and seeing the animals roam free was so refreshing. 100/10 would and will visit again!

"Be aware that this hotel is not the Wyndham anymore, it is now a Sunset hotel. Everything about the hotel has changed, none of the amenities that are shown online exists anymore including the restersunts.
