The rooms were kept clean, the staff was helpful and it was very kid friendly. We stayed in the family club and the staff were very kind and patient with the kids and made sure they had a great time. The water park was an awesome, our kids spent hours there. We will definitely come back!

Great experience

I had a very disappointing experience at this property. I arrived with my family, and the very next day while we were at the pool, money was stolen from us. What made the situation worse was how it was handled. Instead of supporting us as guests, the staff blamed me, even though we were the victims. They even went into our room and searched through our suitcases and personal belongings, which felt like a complete violation of privacy. We were told we would receive an update within 48 hours, but it has now been over 72 hours and we still haven’t heard anything. This experience was extremely frustrating and upsetting. I expected much better treatment and professionalism.Because of this, I will not be visiting this place again. I hope management takes this seriously and improves how they handle situations like this in the future.

Best husband/wife vacation we have ever had. Don't expect too much of a party atmosphere, but if relaxation is what you need this is the place.
