Beautiful water views from this hotel and a good location!

Very friendly staff and beautiful grounds

Everything about the area, proximity to events and hotel were fabulous EXEPT, my family,including 15 mo old were exhausted from traveling and rooms were not ready. 2 hrs after they said they would be ready, they were not. They never offered drinks, dinner or snacks on the house. We get that they were busy but when promote yourselves as a top hotel in Seattle you should not be scattered when your is full. Especially when you could have planned for this, mariner’s games and weddings were scheduled months ago, PROVIDE THE STAFF that was required.

Gorgeous property, terrific facilities, quiet, very clean rooms. Will be back!

Great place to stay in downtown. Walking distance to great food and drinks. The staff is attentive and friendly. Would stay again if I’m back in Seattle.

Excellent. We debarked a cruise at 8:30am, hotel allowed us to check in at 9am! Awesome service!
