This was our second time staying here, the rooms are spacious, and the location is great, close to most everything to do in Orlando. Our neighbors children were a bit noisy, but quieted down after I politely asked them to calm down, and told them that other people were staying there as well! I would stay here again.

Conveniently close to Convention Center

I booked this place for a week long trip to Disney World. The room was well appointed (we booked a one bedroom) villa. I liked the kitchenette and laundry combo inside of the room as it made it so much easier to make meals and do laundry for my 8 year old. There was a lazy river right behind our room with an arcade and restaurants. You can purchase a refillable cup for unlimited soft drinks refills for up to 7 days. MAke sure to keep your pool towels or they might charge you. The location was a little outdated but clean. Free parking is convenient. Parks are about 15-20 min average away from the resort. You'll need to uber or rent a car as the location doesn't do shuttles to the parks.

property is very nice. only thing that needs to improve is the wifi service. it keeps dropping off and it was annoying to have to login every time you get back to the property.. it defeats the phone connect automatically function.

Loved the place. Had a lot of things to do for my son.

My room was amazing that property was amazing. It was so clean and so much to do and so convenient! I will be back for sure.

Conveniently close to Convention Center

Excellent property the only negative would be the sofa bed. The sofa bed was like trying to sleep on concrete and the pillows were exceptionally uncomfortable. Upon arrival inside the room there were no blankets, pillows or sheets for the sofa bed. We waited about 1.5 hours to receive these essential items as it was also close to bedtime.

This was our second time visit this hotel. The first time we had a good experience and decided to stay here on our next Florida trip. We were upgraded and appreciated the hospitality, however the room device needs improvement this time around. No one came to clean my room and I had to go to the front desk to request fresh towels.
