The choice of the many restaurants was outstanding. The pool was very clean and well maintained.

Grounds were maintained meticulously, and it was very enjoyable to walk around buildings. Staff were very pleasant, helpful and attended to our needs, so that we could enjoy our stay to the max. This is our 4th stay at the Riu Palace Bavaro, and would highly recommend it, especially for couples.

I purchased Decorations and Chocolate covered strawberries. I'm glad my fiance looked at it first because they was covered with ants. There were ants trailing from the balcony to the strawberries. So cool the butler took it away and sent us new ones the next day. So we had to clean all the ants up and moved on. The next day not only was the ants back but on the mini fridge, every glass was covered in tiny spiders! Everyday and night we had ants and spiders crawling on us. Plus we saw the biggest cockroach that I've ever seen in my life.

Our room was cleaned and restocked daily, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. The family side of the resort was perfect for us, especially with the Junior Swim-Up Suite. Having easy access to the pool was incredibly convenient and made traveling with a toddler so much easier. The buffet offered a good variety of food and was best when we went earlier in the day. The specialty restaurants were excellent and were some of our favorite dining experiences during the trip. The concierge service was also extremely helpful, making restaurant reservations simple and ensuring everything went smoothly throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would happily return. We highly recommend Paradisus Palma Real for families looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and family-friendly resort experience.
