I didn’t had the chance to stay much in the hotel We were out most of the time. So, I really don’t have much to say but, location wise is great! We were able to walk to Disney springs which is a good break from park hopping. Checking in and out was a breeze!

The cottage was GREATTTT...in a great location, walking distance to most restaurants and things to do

Clean and spacious condos . Easy to get in and out staff was very friendly.

Fully equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms

If you want dirty towels with previous guests stains and hair on it then this is the place for you.

Staff were lovely at check in and was VERY happy with the spacious accommodations for our family. However, simple and cheap updates to room and restaurants could really be used - I.e. paint refreshing, cleaning pictures hanging in hallways that have splatter marks of something on them, caulking replacement, fixing cabinets not closing or terribly askew, making sure TVs and remotes work, etc

Fantastic hotel, lovely front desk and housekeeping staff.

Great staff at every station/ area. Impecable rooms. The restaurant is an absolute must. Stayed three times and by far my favourite hotel on Florida. One of my top 5 across the globe. Special note to the staff at breakfast, as i am arriving to sit and my cold brew was brought without even asking. Small gesture that made my morning a great one.

The room was lovely, the hotel is in great shape. Had a few issues with the restaurant and valet. The management definitely needs to require more training for the employees in the restaurant and bar areas. Staff wasn’t with it except for Dave our server , which was well spoken and professional , music wasn’t what we expected. Low budget band and extremely loud. Lots of locals at the hotel that seemed to overwhelm staff to the point that the guest in the restaurant staying at the hotel were not getting great service. The valet lost my car for 45 minutes, which was kind of annoying and funny at the same time, but that worked out well

Pro: Cross the street from convention center and on the beach. Restaurants around it, Starbucks and other coffee shop inside of hotel. Con: Self parking lot is cross the street. If you want to drop off family and luggage, there is long line to even pull up to hotel for busy time. Self parking is $35, valet $50. Be aware. Hotel and rooms are outdated. Hotel is pretty big, if your room is north side, you have to walk bit to get to elevator. So you park car, then to your room might take 15 min. If you don’t have healthy legs, something to think about. Crowded season, and busy time, there is long line to get to elevator. I wrote long con, but convenient for convention event is worth it for us.

Staff was friendly, beach access was perfect. Hotel appearance and area were not as amazing as the pictures were advertised online. But again, service and staff were very nice and helpful and the views were great.
