Orlando Adventure Vacations

We love going to Mystic Dunes. I talked my brother and his wife into joining us this year. As we near retirement I was interested in the possibility of purchasing a week or two. unfortunately after several messages to the property, not only were we not close but in different buildings and far away from the building i requested. This has left me wondering if we did buy, and wanted our children or friends to join us for a vacation that we would not be able to get them close to us. And as always the response is " Sorry we are really busy and fully booked" Again I am not sure why they couldn't at the very least put us in the same building so we could also enjoy our nights together.

They have a free breakfast buffet, omelette, station, and Mickey Mouse waffles… Juice, milk, coffee… Everything is free… Indoor heated pool which connects to the outdoor pool… My four-year-old had a great time… However, the little water park with a slide area they had, was freezing, and the slide was falling apart rocking back-and-forth and the water wouldn’t even push my four-year-old down. They do have cornhole, Jenga, playground, volleyball, four hole, putting green, & pool table.. they clean your room every day, change out your towels, make your bed, etc.… Their pool towels are crappy, super small and very thin… I suggest you bring your own pool towels… We had a room with a lanai facing the pool, which was great because we just went out the gate into the pool area…

The resort had lots to offer and was overall a nice stay. The villa needed a bit of repair and needed to be cleaned better in certain areas. Not enough toilet paper in the bathrooms, had to go to front office to get some more. The cost of the activities was a bit high (bingo for $5 a card) and there was an issue with the shuttle to Epcot. It was late both for pick up to get there and upon return we waited over 30 mins and eventually another shuttle driver took us to our resort but it wasn’t his run. The pool was great and having the small convenience store in the lobby was very handy.

The AC did not work properly. One of the hot tubs was not hot. The front desk staff inconsistent and not always helpful. Housekeeping. Room refresh - beds made, towels not replaced when 4 people staying in the room. 3 requests on text if we needed anything - no request was responded to. The carpet in the hallways had the same chips and food for the three days we stayed there. Although the spa is rated a top spa, I would not rate it anywhere near a top spa - few amenities, shower hot water did not work, anesticians ok - not great. Ordered 2 enhancements, which supposidly came with a glass of champagne, not delivered. Upon check out over charged had to go back to straighten out the bill.

Loved the many different pools that were available.

The staff were exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and well stocked. I would recommend this property.

I loved the property and amenities. I just didn’t like the time share aspect of it! I will not stay at a property like that again!

⭐️5 Stars⭐️ My friends, family and I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and it never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and welcoming which makes every stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms are very large and spacious providing plenty of comfort. One of my favorite features is having a Starbucks right on the property. Nothing beats enjoying coffee in bed each morning. The hotel also offers multiple bars all of which are excellent and add to the overall experience. Whenever I travel to Orlando this hotel is always my top choice. Highly recommend!
