Everything was perfect!

The room was adequate - beds were comfortable enough and the room was reasonably clean. None of the usual amenities like a coffee machine were available but I guess that's Vegas. I did not have any staff interaction as I did self check in. My main issue was with the air quality. One of my friends was coughing all night due to the air quality in our room and my nose was irritated and inflamed. The air quality is definitely not as good as it is with the higher end properties. We got a great deal though so I suppose I can live with the moderate quality of the hotel and air quality. I definitely would not pay the higher rates for this hotel on high demand dates. I should add that I have stayed at this property before many years ago. I had the same issue with air quality then as well but the quality of the room was much nicer. It's starting to show some wear and tear.

Everything was extremely well attended to. The restaurants, the beach, and the rooms. Dinning staff were gracious and helpful. There was one gal by the name of Kris Hernandez that stood out. She was kind, energetic, and enthusiastic. Very willing to please and make our stay more memorable. She is an asset to your team. I suspect she will bring value to your company as she grows with the company. She was so full of sunshine I had to mention her in this review. Please let her know she made us feel welcomed to your hotel. It was a great way to start our holiday. Thank you for the opportunity to mention her contributions as an ambassador to the Ritz Carlton.

The staff was awesome, the rooms was cozy and clean with a at home feel. If I was asked to rate the place on a scale of 1 through 10 I would give them a 15 plus. You really get your bang for your buck. Forgot to mention how generous it was. If I didn’t know any better I thought I was in Hawaii.
