Hotel has potential to be a lot of fun. Pool is currently under construction due to a crack in the foundation so the tank is drained. Point of the hotel visit was for the pool, would have appreciated more transparency on what was open and not. Service is non existent. Room was pretty cool and clean. Food was decent.

The location was great. We used all types of transportation and sampled lots of good food in the area. The beds were comfortable, nice view, and quiet. Super great fluffy towels too! We enjoyed the outdoor area as well. Very nice hotel and will stay again.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. Friendly staff and lovely little rooms. The lobby is very cool to see. For being located in the heart of the strip, it was very quiet at night and easy to sleep.

We had an amazing stay at Treasure Island in Las Vegas! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location right on the Strip. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made check-in very easy. The rooms were spacious with beautiful views, and everything we needed was close by. One thing I would recommend for future guests is to plan ahead and book shows, restaurants, and activities early because there is so much to do around the hotel. Wear comfortable shoes because you’ll definitely be doing a lot of walking! Also, make time to enjoy the hotel amenities and nearby attractions it truly makes the trip even better. Overall, this was a fun, relaxing, and memorable stay. Highly recommend Treasure Island for anyone visiting Las Vegas!

Follow through is a problem at this hotel. Room was over the event space, so every night there is loud music below. The matter was brought to the staff at front desk, and I was told they will get me another room, and I never heard back. Restaurants have great food, but service is below average on all. Brought it up to their attention, I was told “thanks for letting us know” Asked to speak to the hotel manager, no one reached out. Followed up again, and they had the food and beverage manager LVM for me. One attempt. Unfortunately, very disappointed with this property. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this property to anyone.

Property is very large with several pools, restaurants and many shops which was definitely an advantage. Being right on the beach was also an amazing bonus. Challenge that I had was with the billing of the room and still trying to reconcile the costs.

Beautiful resort! My family & I had a great time!

Staff and accommodations were amazing. Very family friendly. Great food at all restaurants and coffee truck. Having the beach right outside our room was wonderful. We will definitely be back for another stay
