Making customers check in at a Kiosk, rather than with a person welcoming them to the property is unprofessional. The rooms are outdated, without amenities offered at other location in Vegas, and Golden Nugget's use of Time Share employees constantly badgering of guests using well known sales tactics, including a continuous application of not adhering to the word NO!! P s es people off. We're here to relax, and when you haven't even got to your rom, let alone the elevator and you're stopped, is also unprofessional. I won't be staying at the Nugget again

The only negative was having to wait an hour in line to check in on a Saturday at 3pm. They only had two employees behind the counter for the check in line. They should know better and not subject their helpful staff to complaints due to lack of management.

The booking said that there was breakfast daily but there is a restaurant on site that’s not open for breakfast and there is no breakfast included in the booking. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work and when checking in we had difficulty getting into the room as the number wasn’t clear. We loved all the games in the courtyard and the fire pits
