Westgate is the only place I stay in Orlando! Everything there is amazing! Staff, pool, dining, service etc… Excellent!

The room was huge with biew of pool and room had a door fro privacy do the 2 rooms. It was a great set up and the pillows and mattress were the best I ever had of my 25 years of travel

The resort had lots to offer and was overall a nice stay. The villa needed a bit of repair and needed to be cleaned better in certain areas. Not enough toilet paper in the bathrooms, had to go to front office to get some more. The cost of the activities was a bit high (bingo for $5 a card) and there was an issue with the shuttle to Epcot. It was late both for pick up to get there and upon return we waited over 30 mins and eventually another shuttle driver took us to our resort but it wasn’t his run. The pool was great and having the small convenience store in the lobby was very handy.

Check in staff was very friendly. Room is clean and bed was comfortable.

Everything about our stay at this property blew me away. From how nice the rooms were, the amenities that were offered, how wonderful the staff was and being in a gated area.

They have a free breakfast buffet, omelette, station, and Mickey Mouse waffles… Juice, milk, coffee… Everything is free… Indoor heated pool which connects to the outdoor pool… My four-year-old had a great time… However, the little water park with a slide area they had, was freezing, and the slide was falling apart rocking back-and-forth and the water wouldn’t even push my four-year-old down. They do have cornhole, Jenga, playground, volleyball, four hole, putting green, & pool table.. they clean your room every day, change out your towels, make your bed, etc.… Their pool towels are crappy, super small and very thin… I suggest you bring your own pool towels… We had a room with a lanai facing the pool, which was great because we just went out the gate into the pool area…
