Clean, comfortable room. Excellent staff. Good dining options. Only criticism was that most of the cardio machines in the gym were broken.

Was ok, dont recall expecting 30$ plus tax daily "resort" fee when booking. Also waterpark feature of the resort was closed for the season understandably due to chilly weather but that leads back to again, why resort fee?

Overall the stay was good. Room was clean and updated. Do not sign up for any time share presentations. We had a medical emergency and had to fight for our money back. Didnt appreciate the pushy/ rude staff when it came to that just do yourself a favor and say no to all of it upfront.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend This was a two‑night stay and it truly exceeded my expectations. The premises were beautiful and had that Disney‑vacation‑resort feel. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming they even upgraded us from a 1‑bedroom to a 2‑bedroom. Mohammad, in particular, made us feel right at home. I’m very picky about clean rooms, and this room was spotless. That alone made the stay even better. The cafe staff were upbeat, friendly, and added to the positive atmosphere. For the price, this stay offered so much more than I expected. It’s a great option for families or couples looking for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the view we could see the Disney World fireworks, plus Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Disney Springs. Truly magical. Overall, this was a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Room was spotless, staff was very courteous. They text you to ask how’s everything going and if you need anything. The place overall was great. I’ve been to Florida many times & this was the best spot I stayed in Florida.
