Staff were very helpful!……..

This is such a cool hotel. Small room doesn’t even feel that small. Comfortable and modern. Staff are really friendly. Well priced too. Highly recommend.

Great location. Such an advantage to be able to walk or jump on the light rail to access so much of what the CBD has to offer.

The room was nice, but the pillows were very uncomfortable and the staff were not very welcoming. They didn’t acknowledge our special occasion, and we had to ask for drink vouchers that were supposed to be included. This is not a 5-star hotel. The room also needs maintenance, as the bathroom cabinet door was broken.

When we arrived just after 4pm our room wasn’t ready but they changed our room and kept us next to friends we were traveling with. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t heated which was a shame as we were travelling in winter. We had an amazing experience with one of the staff Allan, he was so kind and friendly. Helped us with booking tables for breakfast to making sure we understood how to get around Sydney and that we sore some really cool parts.

Great location and amenities.

Great stay with a small Sydney harbor view. Very clean & modern. Only downside was a very noisy extraction fan in the bathroom that couldn’t be turned off. Kept us awake & had to wear earplugs.

Great location not far from Central Station with access to trains, light rail and buses.

Family Room was nice, beds super comfy but it was small with no room for luggage. Well for one easy, cupboard was behind bed. Bed up against wall etc.

Great place to stay, we were going to a show at the Capitol Theatre, lovely rooms, great staff
