A really special place to stay. Staff were all amazing, very attentive in a non obtrusive way. Rooms are very comfortable and the decor across the hotel is eclectic and interesting.
Having stayed in many London hotels I think we may have found our 'nest'.
Highly recommended.

Among 5 star hotels in London, the Dorchester miss surely be at the top. The staff are really remarkable. Professional and efficient of course, but also very warm and genuinely friendly. Everything else about the hotel - the facilities, the food, the location, etc., are simply exceptional.
