Rooms good. Staff excellent. Martini bar amazing and great spa. Wish the VIP excellence rooms and area was monitored more. A lot of people in our area that didnt belong so it was a party everyday..... all day in front of our room. Very loud.

Great time. Had one of the four oceanfront swim up pool next to the big gazebo. Awesome spot. Quick walk to pool if that's your thing or just chill on the patio, in the pool, or right on the beach. The beach is the most quiet and beautiful in Cancun. Staff were amazing! The room was spotless. Peaceful holiday conducive to digital detox. Beds are wonderful. Room was clean, the staff amazing… the layout was nice and relaxed, perfect for those needing wheelchair accessibility. The food and spa are about a 6/10 each. The beach is wildly dangerous with strong waves even on a nice day. Lots of pros and cons. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere.
