It was advertised 5 star. It's not. Having said that it was entirely adequate for our needs

The room was smallish but reasonably comfortable. It would have been much better if the storage had been adequate. The 2-sectioned wardrobe had one usable section. The other section had the fridge and beverage items. Access to the car park was rather convoluted and involved navigating stairs. There are plenty of eating options around, and the St Kilda pier was closeby.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Staff are absolutely amazing

Friendly staff, great location. Bathrooms need renovating but were clean. The only issue i had was that i asked for a king bed, which was 2 singles pushed together. One mattress was higher than the other. Not a comfortable sleep.

I had go buy my own hand soap because there weren’t any. I got neck pain because they had only one type of pillow. They weren’t suitable for me.

The perfect stay for our honeymoon! The staff were so accommodating and courteous while the room was stunning, spacious and clean.

The hotel is simply magnificent with views to die for and the staff service levels are impeccable and go out of their way to ensure our stay was magical
