I love this hotel because I arrived by train, then walked across the street to the hotel. Very convenient hotel.
My only problem with this hotel is that they out-smart themselves when making a Bloody Caesar. This hotel does NOT use Motts Clamato Juice in their Bloody Caesar drinks. Motts Clamato is the original recipe for this drink and NOT the "Watters" brand of awful-tasting juice. Yes, stay at this hotel, but don't order a bloody Caesar drink here. Go one block east on Front St to The Bottom Line bar for your bloody Caesar instead.

The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful trying to assist locating an event normally located at their property. Their help is greatly appreciated and is another reason why I stay here is because of how accommodating, helpful and nice the staff are every time.
Staff in the restaurant are great! Food was quite tasty

Amazing experience! One of the best hotels I had the pleasure visiting. From check-in to checkout, I just have good things to say. My room decor was stunning. The art deco furniture was heart melting, the mini bar with most Chandon and all the good things we deserve in our special occasion was a gift. The hotel decor is very and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Don’t waste your time trying to find options for parking around. Bisha has valet that lets you go in and out and beat service ever. Trust me, this is THE hotel to stay!
