The management of the hotel is excellent, it’s really Hyatt standard

One-year-old hotel in the heart of lively downtown Toronto. Very well staffed with excellent people. The room was spotless. By far the best breakfast included of any hotel where we've stayed. The odd things were very little counter space in the bathroom and at the coffee and fridge station, little place to hang towels, and only a small single-drawer dresser for clothing, etc.

Excellent location and large rooms for the price. Bed comfortable and bathroom has separate shower and soaker tub. Suitable for me since all I did was sleep and bathe there (out from 8:40 am-11:00 pm). Do not expect city chic or industrial urban. This property is in desperate need of a full renovation. At best rooms are dreary, at worst they’re dumpy. No way I would consider sitting on that worn couch! So in need of repair, even the door handle to my closet fell off! Staff is excellent, which is another plus.

Very nice hotel in a good location. Short walk to theatres, great restaurants, Rogers Centre and other Toronto attractions. Oscar Suite was very spacious. What really stood out for us was the staff who were very friendly and attentive. From the bellmen to the front desk staff to the servers in Kost - they all seemed to go that extra mile! We really appreciated it. Special shout out to Totchie (front desk supervisor) and Rebekah (server in Kost)!!

The hotel apartment was great and located near the heart of downtown Toronto. My only complaint is that we originally booked for the modern apartments located on Adelaide but it was canceled last minute by the property owners. As alternative we were given a different luxury apartment that was slightly further out from the locations we visited. Overall once the check in issue was resolved we had so much fun. So much good food, drinks, vibes, and love. The location was perfectly centered in the midst of all the action. There were still a few sights we didn’t visit but the ones we did visit were very memorable.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was extremely comfortable with a lot of space and amenities. (Nespresso machine!) I love that they had Peloton‘s available and a workout room. I worked out two days of my visit and they have towels and water machine in the weight room. It’s also conveniently located close to a lot of attractions within a 15 minute walk. The only complaint was how hot it was during my visit and the hotel cannot control that! Lol
