The hotel was 5-star all the way! From the beauty of the exterior to the exquisite furnishings inside...this hotel offered premier accommodations for my wife and I. We could not have been happier. If you're in Venice and looking for a superior-quality hotel, this is your answer! We also had a grand canal view... breathtaking!

Overall it was ok however the bathroom could use a bit more work. Shower head needed to be changed. Very moldy with black stuff all over it. I don’t think they have an actual housekeeping staff that cleans. I think the front desk people just take turns at what they consider tidying up. So that part was a bit disappointing for me. Others than that the staff was very nice and the breakfast was great and affordable.
