Parking was expensive and the valet was slow. The air conditioning was intermittent at best. Otherwise the stay was great! The location was very convenient.

The whole unit was clean and accommodating. The only negative thing I would say would be the bedding. Very basic and had very lumpy comforter. Wasn’t the best sleep. Expected a little bit more quality at that price point. Other than that, great spot.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel St. Thomas for five nights at the end of May 2026. The staff was friendly and helpful. Be aware that there are stairs at front with no wheelchair access to pull up your luggage. Same goes for inside the hotel. If someone is available at the reception desk, however, you can ask for your luggage to be brought down from your room. The room's appearance was nice and clean, but the bed was hard. The dark electronic shades kind of compensated for the uncomfortable bed. The breakfast crew was always friendly and helpful, but the breakfast items were limited and nothing to write home about. The location of the hotel is not as close to downtown and tourist areas, but easily reachable by Uber.
