Family friendly environment. The food and service was fantastic every where we dined at. The resort was beautiful and clean. There were so many activities to do.

When i initially booked this hotel for my trip i did not know that this was a family resort. Although i did go on a solo trip, this resort was amazing, it was all inclusive as well. The food was good , booked my flight, the hotel and excursions thru expedia. It was fast and easy and i loved it, would definitely recommend this hotel!

Everything was excellent, staff great service , food is delicious and the hotel is beautiful room clean and always fresh. I think the only problem was our safe, but that was about it, we loved the service from Jose from the sunrise bar and Luis from the pool bar. Luis from hibachi did a great job as well. Honestly the entire staff was great made us feel pampered all our stay.

Wish somebody would have mentioned that the rooms are outdated and the toilet is in an isolated 4x5 feet room with no suction fan. Need to mention that I was in the 2nd floor in front of the small stage and on top of the big theater. Location is 5 - 10 minutes walk to the marina and 5 -10 drive to where all the night clubs are. The RIU party is in the resort next door which is RIU Caribe, just a couple minutes walking from the main RIU peninsula.

Clean and beautiful - peaceful with spectacular hospitality. I was already planning my next trip back, while still on the first trip!
