Great and friendly hotel staff; the suite was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The area itself was very nice, and lots of things to do around the hotel.

The view from our room was amazing, the staff were very helpful, the hotel itself was gorgeous, and the pool was great.

OK to start. I was greatly impressed with the front door service offering me help with my bags and valet parking. Also they upgraded my room to a suite. Absolutely will be back. Highly recommend staying here if you get a chance.

Spent a night, hot tub and pool’s okay. Not a lot of chairs to put your things tho. You have to ask for slippers and dental kit cos they don’t have it in the room, hence, we went to the pool on our feet. What’s great is, Mihir is such a nice lad, approachable and professional, check in was seamless, and he even upgraded the room that I’ve booked. Location is great as well!

Great room at the Douglas, with a very comfortable bed, needs a more comfortable seating in the room though, the chaise lounge is kind of useless.. Great check-in team is very kind and welcoming. ate at the Victor steakhouse and Honey Salt, both excellent

Incredible atmosphere—you could easily stay and enjoy everything without ever leaving the hotel. The music and bar create a great vibe, the sushi (especially the raw selections) is delicious, and the staff is truly wonderful.

Everyone was so accommodating and professional! Our stay was amazing!

Nice hotel/condo. Convenient location, lots of services and good nearby. Clean rooms and spacious. My only complaint is one of the elevators was out of service which caused major delays getting to and from our room on the 7th floor.
