"We stayed in the Premium Studio, 2 Queen Beds. Beds were ok; a bit too soft for me but pillows were nice. Biggest complaint we have with our room is that the air condition unit was beside the bed by the window and blowing cold air directly at your head. The unit should had been placed higher or on the opposite side away from your head. "

"Some dishes were a little dirty in the room. The bed in the loft for room 264 needs to be replaced, it bows in the middle so badly. But other than those couple issues, we had an amazing stay!"

"Didn’t get the Mountain View, room 210 smelt moldy if windows and doors weren’t open at all times staff was okay, outdoor pool was cold hot tub wasn’t hot, the apres on floor 7 was the best part of the experience, for the price I paid I wouldn’t stay again here.fure place was always on making the room hot "

"The location and staff were excellent. Our room was awesome, nice patio, great outlook. We extended an extra night it was so perfect. If you're in Whistler for a pool, no doubt there are better options but if friendly professional staff, a convenient location and a super comfy room are your priorities then Crystal Lodge is the place to be. "

"We’ve been coming to this Four Seasons location every year for the past few years, and we absolutely love it. The staff consistently makes us feel welcome, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are clean, the bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the ski concierge service is excellent. We also appreciate the frequent shuttle service to both the Upper and Lower Villages, as well as the convenience of the house car. The ski concierge being located at the Blackcomb base is very convenient. The only thing we wish for is a ski concierge or tent on the Whistler Mountain side as well. It would make the experience even better."
