"We love staying at this resort. We stay here a couple of times a year because it’s right at the base of Whistler Village and close to everything. The front desk staff at the resort were very helpful and kind. They responded very quickly to my emails, and they were very positive and friendly. The unit and property doors/locks are all done with codes, so it was nice not having to worry about a key. Parking was expensive ($26 a night after tax), but it is expensive everywhere in Whistler. Our unit was very clean and everything worked in it. We were there with a number of family members, and there was one unit that did have some issues. The staff was very fast to try to fix the issues though, so this would not deter me from booking at Cascade Lodge again. Our particular unit was very well maintained though. Thanks to the terrific staff at Cascade Lodge. You helped make our Thanksgiving weekend a great success! 🌟"

"We booked a loft room for 1 night but when we arrived we were upgraded to a suite with mountainview so that was nice! They also gave us 2 complimentary drink vouchers for their restaurant. The room was really spacious with mini kitchen facilities and it was quiet. Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable but blankets were a bit thin. The heater was very loud when you're using it at night. The couches in the living room looked dated but otherwise no complaints. Parking is $37.80/night."
