Follow through is a problem at this hotel.
Room was over the event space, so every night there is loud music below. The matter was brought to the staff at front desk, and I was told they will get me another room, and I never heard back.
Restaurants have great food, but service is below average on all. Brought it up to their attention, I was told “thanks for letting us know”
Asked to speak to the hotel manager, no one reached out. Followed up again, and they had the food and beverage manager LVM for me. One attempt.
Unfortunately, very disappointed with this property. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this property to anyone.

"We enjoyed a special anniversary and the staff was just fabulous. The club king bedroom with a beach view and provide breakfast, lunch, cocktails and appetizers were all included in the price. LIVED IT!!!"
