The high-rise building feels elegant and peaceful, and the view is beautiful. Reception is on the 22nd floor, then you take a second elevator to reach the rooms. The location is very convenient near the train station, which was a plus. However, overall, we were not impressed. There were four of us, and the room was advertised as a suite with two additional twin beds, but those extra beds felt more like cots. The room itself was very small, felt outdated, and did not match the impression from the online photos. It was quiet and in a nice location, but the room was not impressive enough for us. Overall, I would give it 3 stars.

I like cleaning room , staff cooperation,Laundry was excellent but they have no kitchen facilities. However, just next to the hotel lot of restaurants are there also 7-11 is next to the hotel, overall it is a very good property.

Very helpful and polite staff

We had 2 rooms and stayed 8 nights. Pros: good size room, location Cons: cleaning service could be improved, shower head very difficult to use.

Such an incredible experience here. Views, restaurants, buffet breakfast and location were all top tier! Would definitely come back.

The hotel is a bit dated - but well worth the convenience of proximity to the Shinkansen - a quick walk over a bridge to the hotel lobby. The room was quite roomy with an excellent breakfast including both western and Japanese options. There is also a quick walk over to the herb gardens and an enjoyable walk down to the port area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. I loved Kobe and my stay at Ana Crown Plaza!

Great value for the experience, with dinosaur robots at reception for check in, views over the bay, everything you need in the room and a little extra (like a foot massage machine), and of course the bath house! It’s also an easy walk about 5-10min from Rinku Town station, and about 10-15min to the outlet shops.

Hotel Nikko Awaji is best accessed from Kobe or if you are driving. Getting around is difficult without a vehicle. To see desired sights would have taken complex and time-consuming bus schedules and transfers. Awaji has no rail service. Best to come here if you are just planning to stay and relax.
