I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to Ahmed at the front desk. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment I arrived. Ahmed went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I felt comfortable throughout my stay.
His warm attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help really stood out. He is a fantastic representative of the hotel and made my stay that much more enjoyable. Exceptional service from Ahmed—I would absolutely stay here again!

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,012 reviews)
Very convenient property to stay at. Lovely staff. The only thing we didn’t like was that Uber eats or Uber taxi couldn’t get to our hotel because there was construction on the bridge. We figured out the metro that was close by and used that. Also the height of balcony fence was a bit short for younger children in my opinion but still standard. Highly recommend

9.2/10 Wonderful! (102 reviews)
Nice hotel, pretty convenient for the nearby metro station. Not the prettiest area of Paris but lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Room was a good size for a Paris hotel and was fairly reasonably priced. Breakfast was decent but at €22 a little overpriced
