Great location. Free 5minute shuttle to airport. Comfortable bed, good sized room and you get to watch the sun rise over Geneva.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Perfect location in the old town, steps from the cathedral and a short walk to the lake. Super helpful staff. Rooms are beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. The restaurant is a must try, as is the wine bar.

The room that we were given was dark with little natural light. However, the main issue was the bathroom. When I booked this hotel on Expedia I thought I had booked a room with a shower/bath as advertised. Unfortunately this was not the case. All it had was a hand held shower. In addition, there was no shower curtain/screen, so the water would go all over the floor making it a health hazard. We could easily have slipped and hurt ourselves especially as the bath was so high I had to help my wife get in and out of it and she in turn had to help me due to my medical conditions. When I told the reception clerk about this he seemed rather flippant and said the cleaner would mop the bathroom floor. Not quite the attitude one would expect.

Fabulous property, well placed with great views of the Matterhorn. Close to everything. Spa is wonderful. Everything is very clean, well maintained and looks new. Staff were really helpful. Note- there is currently building work directly in front of the deluxe chalet Gran Becca but at another property. It would have been good to have been told about the work at the time if booking so we could consider this before going agead. Fortunately they were able to relocate us upon request to a fabulous apartment but this may not be possible once the season kicks in as they're likely to be at full capacity. Without the move this would have spoiled what was a special holiday. Lovely breakfast options & attentive, helpful staff. I would highly recommend this property & would definitely return. Great holiday destination.

This was a charming hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The suite with two rooms and two bathrooms was really nice giving us room to spread out.

Amazing views, ski in ski out, and breakfast/dinner included was an awesome touch!
