"We are travellers from Canada. What we love about the hotel is the outdoor pool and we were viewing the paragliders above. Was a wonderful scenic hotel resort. The ambience gave us a feeling of what living in an alpine town is. Thank you for the great hospitality."

"This hotel is perfect for short stays, near shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very dirty, carpet had so many stains. But other than that I recommend staying here."

"The room, location and price could not have been better. We had a mountain facing room with a large patio which was an exceptional treat. I would highly recommend this property and stay here again in a heartbeat. The gym equipment was Scandinavian and not up to American standards, but still nice to have access to equipment."

"Mostly wonderful experience in a beautiful hotel with amazing views. There were a couple dead flies on the floor in our room which was the only disappointing thing. The other thing that was extremely disappointing was our dinner reservations seating (which we made a month in advance). We had a 7pm reservation right when they opened. They have PLENTY of seating with views of Lake Geneva which we wanted for our final night of our anniversary trip. We got there, and were placed in the interior against a wall so I couldn't even see the view at all. My husband could partially see it. I didn't ask to be moved because I'm not typically that type of person, but I was sorely disappinted and confused as to why they did that with as many open tables with a view they had, and when I had booked a month in advance. Nevertheless, we had an enjoyable stay despite our last dinner ambience being ruined. Our server was fantastic."
