Good staff and beautiful pool, good place

The hotel is in a great location, right across the canal from the Guglie stop of the Alilaguna public water taxi. Just a short walk over the footbridge. We were an easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and about a 20 minute walk to Saint Mark Square. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. My only observation is that they weren’t that helpful recommending restaurants. Otherwise our stay was delightful. The breakfast, which was included, was top-notch. The hotel itself is grand and well worth it. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was located just 20 mins from downtown Venice, easy to board bus 7. Bus stop was a couple of feet from the entrance. Staff was very friendly and helpful with bus tickets. Breakfast was delicious and overall or stay was great! If we come back to Venice we will for sure being staying here.

Convenient, comfortable bed and room, and clean. We enjoyed our overnight visit at this modern hotel. Zero issues.

Definitely out of the way to visit tourist side of Venice but a lovely stay when heading to the airport in the morning. Great clean room, helpful and friendly staff, and great breakfast in the morning.

The hotel is unique it is a 15 century mansion so amazing . That being said if you do not have a room with a canal view your room is dark ( if that bothers you) they changed my room for more Money but that was fine New room perfect I think some maintenance could be done spots on carpet and some grout improvement But overall lovely Bed linens and bed very comfy and lovely Super clean Staff ( especially Ricardo) so helpful and made sure our stay was perfect Restaurant and breakfast very good !Location absolutely perfect ! Close to everything but not in a crowded part of town also on the grand canal was beautiful Overall a wonderful stay .

Toilet was not cleaned. And bed was not comfort

We had stay one night on our way to catch flight to Poland. The frond desk arranged the Taxi to pick us up the night before. Since our flight is around 11:00am, we should be pickup by 9:00am the latest. However, by 9:15, still no car, and we were informed there is no car this morning to pick us that morning. They are very sorry about that. It leave us in the tough situation, only less than 2 hours left, we had to find Uber or anything to get us to the airport.

Nice budget hotel with clean room. Not drama and simple hotel that do their job correctly. The job which a nice place to sleep to explore Venice.
