Great Room and Property Location!

Excellent choice for a stay in Sydney. Our family stayed here while visiting Australia for the first time. Location was wonderful - right on the water and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and attractions in multiple directions. We never needed a rental car or taxi for our entire stay. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Circular Quay ferry terminal. The hotel's aesthetic is great. We appreciated the inclusion of the original pier's construction paired with nice contemporary furnishings. We enjoyed the restaurant's morning breakfast options and service, as well as the evening dining options with outdoor seating. The hotel staff are excellent. Every interaction throughout our stay was pleasurable. Especially high remarks for the hotel's concierge, Eugene, who went above and beyond to help ensure our stay was memorable.

The staff were incredible went above and beyond with care,only small criticism was tea and coffee in room were minimal and some good old fashioned biscuits would have been nice

It’s not what I expected, I saw this hotel from a YouTube blogger, I think that blogger has no taste , when it comes to accommodation, I’m not sure if he was compensated to promote this hotel , it’s not good.

Located near Darling Harbor. Walking distance (20-30 minutes) from major sites. We had a kitchen suite which had kitchen-wares included. Woolworth’s Grocery store two blocks away, or option for restaurants nearby. Hotel had a pool, hot tub, and sauna included. Up-to-date accommodations. New-age electronic toilet with bidet. Great water pressure. Staff were kind, professional, helpful. Fresh fruit in afternoon check-in. Nice coffee bar in lobby. Fast elevator, two on-site. We did not have a car but there was parking on site. Felt safe walking in neighborhood. Public transportation nearby.
