Bear Mountain is a great resort to stay at. Staff are friendly. The rooms are nice.
Just wish there was shopping in the area. Had to drive 30 minutes to downtown where everything is at. Shopping, bar and great food areas.

Superb staff and amenities like game room with big TV, popcorn, foosball etc. within 10 min drive to downtown area and free parking. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and overall a pleasant stay with kids.

We spent three nights in Victoria and had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself was spotless—immaculately maintained and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our visit and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. A great experience all around!

staff was good, regarding bathroom the conditioner bottle was completely empty. after the pool my hairs needed some. Rest everything was good.

The room we had was spacious and the room amenities were good. However the property only has two elevators- one was shutdown for maintenance - so when the other one broke down we had to walk down from the 9th floor. Also, the shuttle service was not available the two times we requested it due to staff shortages.
