「I came by around noon to see if the room was available. The clerk said that it was still being cleaned, but she issued my room card anyway. I left to grab a lunch and then went to Nymph Falls and came back at 3:30 and the room was still not ready. I noticed there were around 6 rooms with their doors open and being cleaned. Rather than prioritizing a room that was already issued and waiting to be claimed, my room was basically the last room to be finished and I took over the room at around 4 pm....

「We really appreciated this hotel for a 3-night stay to visit Port Hardy, Sointula, Alert Bay, etc. It had everything we needed and more. Our room was spacious, clean and functional. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchenette was modern and efficient with a near full size fridge, wow! The bathroom was a nice size with large countertop to place items. Hot water and water pressure were excellent. We were even allowed to use the laundromat machines during the time period allowed, wow! Bernie...

「I have literally stayed in cleaner homeless shelters!!! The room was dirty ,dusty ,disgusting. Dust and cob webs on the wall sconces ,stained sheets ,rusty refrigerator, urine marks on the bathroom floor mold around the tub and a used coffee pouch in the coffee maker . We slept in out clothes and could not wait to check out . SPEND YOUR MONEY ELESWHERE THIS HOTEL IS DISGUSTING」
