"It was fairly nice and affordable compared to nearby properties. The communal kitchen was handy and the view of the boats was nice. The kids enjoyed the icecream across the street and the family restaurant. The toilet paper and dispenser system wasn't great (traditional systems works better), and the shower got cold fast (there seemed to be an issue with the hot water capacity), but we would stay here again."

"Teo was a great owner from start to the checkout and the hotel is in an amazing location. The room was super spacious and clean, the view from the balcony was amazing even in the foggy rainy day and the bed was so comfortable. "I had a twisted ankle and they still put us on the second floor- and it was low season. The toilet flushed constantly - only when we shut the water off did it stop. "

"Cabin 25 was not very clean and in poor repair compared to photos on the website. There was trash in the night stand drawers, cobwebs in corners, mold in the bathroom and broken bathroom floor tiles. It’s a cosy cabin and with a good cleaning and a little tlc could be quite nice but as is, it’s overpriced. I tried to raise concerns directly with Reefpoint office staff but they said they were too busy to talk to me, put it in writing. They really didn’t seem to care quite frankly. It should be noted that despite being listed as a two bedroom there are no doors on these rooms to truly separate them from the rest of the cabin. Sound carries through all the way from the basement to the loft. No real privacy for couples traveling together. "
