This was a gem! We stayed in two different rooms as a result of being too tired to drive home as planned. Both rooms (upper and lower) had great views of the harbour and mountains. The staff was VERY accommodating to us! The rooms were very spacious. We honestly couldn’t ask for more. We were so tired that we didn’t get to explore hotel amenities- but we did see a community kitchen, guest laundry, excellent parking, ice machine and vending machines. We would absolutely stay here again.
We had the most pleasant experience. Staff went above and beyond! Not only did they upgrade our room for free they also put our jackets in their drier for us as they were soaking wet and we needed them the next morning. When the jackets were done the front desk staff even delivered them to our room. We had the most beautiful view of the marina and mountains from our balcony. I would 100% stay here again.
The location of the lodge, the size and cleanliness of the room, and the view of the harbour, were all spectacular! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a great deal on a luxury feel :)
What an amazing experience. The staff upon arrival was so friendly and welcoming. upgraded me to a water view and what a treat that was. Check in was easy. lots of places to eat in walking distance of the hotel. Room was great great views.
It was fairly nice and affordable compared to nearby properties. The communal kitchen was handy and the view of the boats was nice. The kids enjoyed the icecream across the street and the family restaurant. The toilet paper and dispenser system wasn't great (traditional systems works better), and the shower got cold fast (there seemed to be an issue with the hot water capacity), but we would stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, with so many restaurants and food options within walking distance, which made exploring the area very easy.
We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to the loft, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Even with the rain, the scenery was beautiful and made our stay feel extra special.
The room was spotless. I am very particular about cleanliness, and I was extremely impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was.
The staff were also very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again!
