It offers uncommon amenities for its price range: fridge, coffee maker, umbrella, bathrobe, full English breakfast. Had this not happened, I’d have considered it my regular hotel. The hotel contacted police, who declined to act. Staff apologized, but no concrete measures followed. Though insurance was mentioned, I’ve had no follow-up. The fact that both rooms were accessible suggests the perpetrator was internal. Without accountability, I fear recurrence. This hotel is unsafe. Avoid it.

スタッフの方はみなさん親切で雰囲気が良かったです。 客室自体は少し古めでしたが、清潔でした。紅茶なども豊富に置いてありましたが、アメニティ類はありません。朝食は美味しくて種類も豊富でした。

pool was completely out of order. Our apartment had a leaking tap. There was mould in the bathroom. The fan didn’t work and the breakfast service was terrible. I have stayed at this place a lot in the past and it has always been fantastic. Something has clearly gone wrong and now I don’t want to go again.
