East Midlands Pet-friendly Vacations

We recently spent 6 nights here. The check in process was smooth and the room was just as described. There was plenty of space for 3 adults. We enjoyed the air conditioning, the kitchenette, and close location to the tube. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was spotless but biggest asset was the reception staff. We met three and all were exceptionally polite and helpful.

Very nice property, modern finishes and very clean. Apartment style is perfect for families or couples who want space. Neighborhood is very charming with quaint shops and great restaurants. We would absolutely come back here again.

This is my favorite apartment for a stay in London.(I am there twice a year.) The concierge is always at the front desk to greet me and make me feel so welcome. The apartment is spotless with maid service throughout the week. Towels are big and bright white. The location is excellent - a three minute walk to the tube and 2 large grocery stores near by. Every thing is in perfect working condition. If there is ever a problem - it will be fixed immediately. Never an issue with their fast wifi. They are always happy to store luggage before or after checking in or out. It is my london home and so comforting to know it is there for me.

I've stayed in several Cleveland Residence properties - this is my 2nd time at the Kensington property - and they are always brilliant. My room was cosy but ideal for me as a single traveller, the kitchen has everything you could ever need, and the bathroom was bright and modern. The shower cubicle itself was a little small but still useable. I loved the air con - ideal for warm-blooded folks like me, and the windows open wide enough to let in a gorgeous breeze. I only had one problem here and that was noise - every night I could hear something that sounded like the people in the rooms above me were rearranging furniture all night. Not sure what was going on, but I had to fall asleep with my headphones in to drown it out. By the third night I had kind of gotten used to it anyway. A great stay, just a tad noisy at night.

We had a wonderful stay at The Langham. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The location was ideal for our stay.
