Very well situated, upon arrival felt very welcome by staff. The room was excellent and had a great nights sleep. The breakfast in the morning was superb and the spa facilities were excellent.

We had a nice stay at The Franklin. Our only real complaint was that the room, a Garden Suite, looked nothing like what is advertised either on Expedia or the hotel's website. The room was nice, it just didn't look anything like what were expecting. The overall service at the hotel was excellent.

Beautiful hotel. Super comfy room and linens! Lovely staff. Nice rooftop and great touch with the free champagne. Gym tiny, but clean and well maintained and did the job for a stretch in between all the walking (would be nice to have a few yoga mats though). Great location to Borough Market, the Globe Theatre, bridges and lots more! Hope to return on a future trip!

Clean accommodations in super location close to Earls Court station. It's small but sufficient. The sofa bed is not very comfortable but the double bed upstairs is fine. Best for two people only.

Quiet luxury, timeless elegance, impeccable service.
MO Hyde Park went above and beyond to make our stay an unique experience and made my birthday memorable; an upgrade to the Hyde Park Suite was truly a special and delightful treat.
The birthday dessert and drinks awaiting us in our suite put a smile on my face!
