Good price with a location but poor of facilities.

Loved the pool area and outside restaurant near the pool .. Very nice to enjoy friends, family and have fun. Rooms were clean and updated. Buffet at restaurant was very good and very abundant. Staff was more than accomodating and so nice. Thank you.

We got a room here soon after super typhoon Sinlaku passed. We checked several resorts and the Hyatt was the only one we found who could accept new guests at the time. They seemed to do the best job at preparing for the storm and recovering quickly. We were so appreciative to be able to escape there to have power, water and laundry again. Thank you again!

Dusit Thani Guam is a true slice of paradise; secure, immaculate, and thoughtfully run. What sets it apart is the people, with Chamorro and Filipino hospitality at its finest, genuine, attentive, and quietly exceptional. It is the kind of place you return to without hesitation, and one I would confidently recommend. A few beachside convenience spots nearby (like right by the beach) for quick essentials would make the experience even more seamless.

Rooms are awesome. Very comfortable. Staff awesome. Buffet awesome. Would be cool if the ocean beach line was better used and the pool layout is a bit odd. The outdoor restaurant food looked really good but didn’t try it. But some modernization could make it even more appealing. Overall, excellent experience.

I know that the facility is old. Given leeway for that, the facility needs a major overhaul with window repair and air conditioning issues. All of my curtains were soak due to leaky windows. The electricity went off, only for a thirty second duration, but the air conditioner went off with it. I didn't notice the air condition until it got really humid inside of the room. Other than those inconveniences, I can't really complain.
